Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”) of PANI was held on October 9, 2025 at Agung Sedayu Group Tower, North Jakarta and attended by Shareholders representing 96.86% of the total shares with valid voting rights, consisting of 185 Shareholders who registered physically and 248 Shareholders through eASY.KSEI. This high level of attendance reflects the strong support and trust of the Shareholders in PANI’s strategic direction and long-term prospects, in line with PANI’s commitment to maintain transparency and Good Corporate Governance.

With the approval of the Rights Issue III plan, PANI plans to issue up to 1,115,533,400 new shares with a nominal value of Rp100 per share and an exercise price at Rp15,000 per share. The ratio for this Rights Issue III is 119,169 : 7,864 for shareholders whose names are recorded in the Shareholders Register (“DPS”) on the recording date of November 27, 2025, at 16.00 Western Indonesia Time. The trading period for the Pre-emptive Rights will run from December 1 to December 5, 2025.
